Conversation actions are sender- and permission-aware, so TGBotSender shows or completes only what Telegram allows in that chat.
Message actions
- Hover or focus a message to reveal its actions.
- Reply, copy, forward, pin, unpin, or delete as available.
- Edit supported outgoing messages; incoming messages cannot be edited.
- Choose the reaction button to add or remove an available emoji reaction on outgoing or incoming messages.
Media preview
Photos and videos are cached automatically in the local chat media cache when Telegram makes the file available. Select the media to preview it in the conversation viewer, open it externally, or save a copy.
Delete behavior
The available deletion scope depends on Telegram, the message, and your permissions. Read the confirmation before deleting.
Notification control
Mute an individual chat or use multi-select mute. New messages still synchronize, but muted chats do not produce desktop notifications.
Troubleshooting
If an action is unavailable, confirm the account is connected and the message still exists. Telegram can restrict editing, deletion, reactions, pinning, or forwarding by chat type, age, or permission.
Chats Manager: colored lists
Use Chats Manager step by step to create colored labels, assign multiple lists through Chat details or the right-click menu, and filter by list, color, or No label. Membership stays local and account-specific, separate from Team Chats and Contact Sync. Removing a list never deletes conversations or contacts.
