Commands and reply rules provide predictable responses before optional AI fallback.

Commands

  1. Open Bots → Commands and select a bot.
  2. Create a command such as /start, /help, /products, or /contact.
  3. Add a description, localized response, optional attachment, inline buttons, or reply keyboard rows.
  4. Save and publish the supported command configuration.

Rules

Use exact, contains, starts with, ends with, command, or default matching. Choose Rules only, AI only, or the recommended Rules first → AI fallback mode.

Buttons

Use the visual builder for callback and URL buttons. Verify every destination before publishing.
