Rule-based auto replies use incoming Telegram updates while TGBotSender is running.

Create a rule

  1. Open Automation → Auto Reply Rules and select Create rule.
  2. Choose a sender account and scope: private chats, selected groups, or other allowed scope.
  3. Select exact, contains, starts with, or ends with matching and enter the trigger.
  4. Write the reply and add an optional attachment.
  5. Set business days/hours, outside-hours message, and per-conversation cooldown.
  6. Save, enable, and test with an authorized conversation.

Availability

Historical messages received while the account was disconnected are not automatically answered. Closing the application stops the local reply worker.
