Contacts are stored locally and can be imported from supported spreadsheet or text formats.

Import contacts

  1. Open Tools → Contact Import and choose a supported file.
  2. Review the preview and map each source column to a TGBotSender field.
  3. Choose a duplicate strategy and optional tags.
  4. Run the import and review created, updated, skipped, and invalid rows.

Export contacts

  1. Open Tools → Contact Export.
  2. Choose selected contacts or the current filtered result.
  3. Select fields and CSV, XLSX, JSON, or TXT where offered.
  4. Choose a save location and export.

Consent

Import only contacts you may lawfully process and message. Keep suppression and opt-out data accurate.
