The contact manager supports manual records, tags, notes, consent state, and custom data used in campaigns.

Contact workflow

  1. Open Telegram → Contacts.
  2. Create a contact or select one to edit.
  3. Add phone, username, country, notes, tags, consent/opt-out status, and custom fields as appropriate.
  4. Save and use filters to build a working list.

Campaign variables

Standard variables such as first name, last name, username, and phone can be inserted into templates. Custom contact fields can supply campaign-specific values. Always preview sample recipients before sending.

Validation

Use Contact Validation to find incomplete or invalid local records. Use Username Validation for username files before a campaign.
